MATTHEW 11:1 - 6

1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve
disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.

2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two
of his disciples,

3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?

4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again
those things which ye do hear and see:

5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed,
and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached
to them.

6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Earlier in the Book of Matthew, in chapter 3, the scripture says:
Matthew 3:1 In those days came John the Baptist preaching in the wilderness
of Judaea,

3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.

3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The Voice
of one crying in the wilderness.

Then the scripture says; in 3:11 I (John) indeed baptize you with water unto repentance:
but he (Jesus) that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear:
he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

John knew that soon Jesus would come, and that the day was approaching.

And then in Matthew 3:13 the scripture says: Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan
unto John to be baptized of him.

So then we see in the book of John chapter 1:29 the scripture tells us, speaking of John
the baptist; (29)The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the
Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Then back in Matthew chapter 3:16 AndJesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway
out of the water: and,lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God
desending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
vs 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

So we see in the scriptures that when John the Baptist, baptize Jesus, that
he was witness to the Trinity of God; The Father spoke and declared that Jesus was his beloved
Son. The Spirit of God desented like a dove and their was Jesus, whom John had declared to be
the Lamb of God, that taketh away the sins of the world.

But, when John had be thrown into prison, doubt began to set in and he wanted to
know for sure that Jesus was he, the one that should come. That's when John sent two of his
disciples to Jesus; to ask him: "Art thou he that should come, or should we look for another"

If after being saved, if you should ever doubt your salvation. Go back to Where you Met Jesus and
you asked him to save you by his amazing grace. Go back to the scriptures to help reassure yourself so
you will KNOW for sure that without a shadow of a doubt that you are SAVED!

Be sure and know like the Apostle Paul, 2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also
suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am
persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

BE SURE, you know that you know, that you know, you have been Born Again!!!
